That sort of behavior in and of itself is not remotely bizarre enough to warrant any diagnosis of a psychological clinical disorder.
At the most, such actions may suggest a high degree of impulsivity. And perhaps anger management issues.
And of course, as I have surmised previously, substance abuse. Since I watched some of his debates I thought Trump is an occasional cocaine user. Maybe not so occasional? He has every red flag indicator.
This is worse than mentally ill or demented. It is dangerous. North Korea, Iran, ISIS is out there monitoring this crap and observing that Trump is going off the rails.
It is making us look extremely stupid, weak and vulnerable to have a 'leader' this crazy. They are looking at us the same way we look at North Korea--like how can people deal with having a leader as unhinged as Kim Jung un? Or the way we looked at Italy when Berlusconi was going off the rails.
He's unstable and mentally unbalanced. I certainly hope Pence and Ryan step in soon and get rid of him before he does something even dumber than what he is doing now. They are legally able to declare him unfit for office.
Actually, they are legally obligated to take action, if they see that the country (and the world) is being endangered. After all, what does the V-P have as duties? To step in once a year and break a tie-vote in the Senate. And then take action against an incompetent or dangerous president. He's like a draw-bridge tender who has to push a button on the rare occasion that a tall ship approaches and then snooze in his chair, the rest of the time.
