I'd like to give Tillerson benefit of the doubt. What a set-up he was dealt going to Mexico....all that vitriol from tRump just before he arrives to 'smooth things over.' Kelly in the same boat on that trip....he lectures the media, saying Get This Straight, it's NOT a military operation....not knowing that in the previous hour the Idiot in Chief said it WAS a military operation. Oy vey.
