Good Question: How Did Minnesota Get A Budget Surplus? « WCCO | CBS Minnesota

The integrity of the Republican party is the reason why it is the overwhelming favorite of Americans as opposed to the corrupt, Democratic party

These are some statements from Minnesota Republicans

"A surplus is wev'e collected more money then we need from Minnesotans, we should give some of it back"

This type of integrity just shows the deep, unrelenting integrity of the Republican party.

They admit that the surplus is due to taxes being to high and that they should give some of it back.

When Democrats have a surplus they call their union bosses and ask them how much of a salary increase or pension increase they want in exchange for agreeing to show up on future campaign commercials.

Can you point to any examples when a Democrat offered a tax refund?

Obviously there are those who believe a surplus means not enough is being spent.

These republicans are admitting to a correlation between high tax rates and high revenues.

This is a nice change from the republican lie that tax cuts increase government revenues.
