China Warns of Arms Race After U.S. Deploys Missile Defense in South Korea

Meh. President Dumpster Fire (the clown who departed on Jan 20, 2017) didn't handle China all that well himself. They became a full-fledged threat to navigation in the South China Sea on his watch. The Chinese laughed all the way to East Asian hegemony at that buffoon's expense.
That's understandable, and they're testing the new administration for sure. But NK is acting more unhinged than normal. They aren't some rogue fundamentalist group in the desert. I'd like to know that someone in the admin is paying attention and not just reacting to their crazy.
