To say that President Donald Trump has a casual relationship with the truth would be a gross understatement.
He has repeatedly cited debunked conspiracy theories, pushed voter fraud myths, and embellished his record and accomplishments. The barrage of falsehoods has been so furious that journalists have taken to issuing instant fact-checks during press conferences and calling out false statements during cable news broadcasts. I feel the same. Either we know the beast in the room or we don't know there is a beast in the room. At least Trump is as transparent as Saran Wrap. I think that's one of the only things I like. lol

All presidents willfully lie. Heck, all politicians do. Does it bother me that he seems to do it more often, and with more readily disprovable lies? Absolutely, but his vision for America was so much different, and better than any of his opponents that I just had to ignore his flaws.
Overall I think he just speaks to quickly and reacts without vetting information. Other than that he is doing exactly what he said he would do. Step by step. So in that way Im fairly happy.
Where someone like Hillary has alterior motives and will say ANYTHING to pander for votes. She will also have a public and a private position on issues where Trump says top of mind.
