Schumer vows to filibuster Gorsuch. Good idea?
They should just confirm him. Playing the same games as GOP did won't help them.

Go ahead and filibuster, I love to see someone try to do something they don't even believe in... but publicly try to pretend like they do... clowns...

Just setting up the scene for another GOP majority win in 2018.

Even some liberals like Gorsuch a lot. Kinda silly on Schumer's part. But it's Schumer.

But they wouldn't even hold a hearing for Garland. That's worse than filibustering

I don't think that this nomination should be stopped or delayed no matter how distasteful, it's difficult to argue that Gorsuch isn't qualified. This would be a good point for democrats to move this in the opposite direction, besides having only 8 justices is damaging our judicial system.

It's a delaying tactic. The filibuster will end once the stay on Trump's travel ban is upheld due to a tie in the Supreme Court.

This so-called president should not get to make any SC picks until the investigations into his possibly treasonous actions are fully complete. The GOP was happy with leaving this seat vacant for 13 months. It can stay vacant until then.

13 months? Ted Cruz wanted to keep the seat vacant indefinitely if Hillary was elected.
