Too much overlap. Air pollution is the biggest cause of climate change...might as well kill two birds with one stone.
If that's the case though, then why not promote the issue that's more immediately tangible (the issue that fewer people will be resistant to confronting) than the other?
Pollution is the nexus of climate change according to some. It isn't according to others.
The argument raised in the OP is that even if we ignore the debate on whether climate change is real/human-caused, we should all care about a clean world (clean air and clean water). Do you disagree with that basic premise?

Whether or not pollution causes climate change can be considered irrelevant if we focus on the much more plainly documented fact that high pollution levels is detrimental to public health (lead poisoning, respiratory illnesses, etc).

Until other countries with populations who dwarf America, and countries who are smaller and poor, stop polluting the air and water, who cares whether you or I agree?
The climate change discussion seems to be crowding out other concerns. The bees decimation is my greatest current man made environmental problem concern.

I'll concede to you here - You bring up a very, very valid point. Pollution from other countries is a major issue. And I don't know how we solve it. Where I live along the west coast, we receive a great deal of China's pollution, and I'm concerned about it.

Yeah, it's a very sad and alarming issue. Sad that bees are dying at the rate they are - and alarming because bees are enormously important to our world's agriculture system (not to mention world ecosystems).

Same here. No bees, no food.
