The Democrat Party seems to stand for an increasingly crazier and harder Left agenda being forced down our throats by the iron fist of government and the Republican Party seems to stand for nothing except getting itself reelected and getting its members nice fat payouts from lobbyists.

Maybe in the state and local governments, the above isn't true, but it's certainly true in DC.

So, what are we going to do about it to end the Two Party Dictatorship?
Um DC is corrupt to the gills. Both parties are trash.

Ofcourse both parties are the enemy.

Do you ever feel that BOTH parties in DC are the enemy?

By the time I was 10, I realized neither was a beacon of goodness and light.

If you think both parties to be the enemy then you have a problem because those 2 parties arent going anywhere so you are stuck with them, you can jump up and down and get all stressed out at hating them but at the end of the day you still have the Dems and the Repubs running the show.Your options are very limited.

There are two parties in DC? It's getting harder and harder to tell based upon actions.

There is a third option, which is in post #20 of this thread, the last line.

some of those things are legit problems, but others are not. For instance the merits of "Government run healthcare" are a matter of opinion. In mine, it is probably the best case scenario right now. I WISH government ran more of our healthcare system, because the private sector has failed to deliver care at competitive costs.

furthermore, not all the items on that list are supported by both parties. Nobody comes out and says, "Yes, we are the party FOR crony capitalism, H-1B visa abuse, and out of control spending"

This is important because the average person (like yourself, if i'm honest) can't seem to sort the wheat from the chaff when it comes to the news and information available to them.

You are being a bit unfair to politicians, and not understanding nuances. The USA has virtually no corruption, particularly when compared to the rest of the world.
