I hear this a lot and i failed to inculde it in my questions topic, but what exactly is a Black Leader? and who is he?

I'm black and in 25 years of life I cannot recall voting in a black leader, so how did he assume office, and who is he? (Is he Jesse Jackson? Al Sharpton?)

Also, if we (blacks) have a leader who is the White Leader? and Who is the Asian Leader? Who is the Hispanic Leader? and when did you guys vote him in?

Note in all seriousness, you get my reference and point and for a "white leader" i'm not referring to G.Bush, as i'm sure that will be said in Joking.

I think Barry White was the all-time White Leader.

YouTube - Barry White - Can't Get Enough Of Your Love Babe (live)

Unfortunately, he is both black and deceased.

I'm not sure races really have leaders.... but Bill Clinton was once called "America's First Black President"......George Bush certainly seems to be doing many wonderful things to advance the Mexican community....and I SUPPOSE we'd all pretty much agree that Michael Jackson was a VERY successful "white"....

Young'n, these are called COMMUNITY leaders, not merely LEADERS. There are native american community leaders, Hispanic community leaders, black community leaders and so forth and so on. These are people who champion socio economic causes facing their people. Your parents should have explained this to you when you were a little boy.

Only nationalist or extremists think in terms of black/white leaders.
The right man or woman should do the job and his/her age, race, nationality, religion/philosophy and sex is irrelevant.

I don't think there is one person in any race that can represent the views of everyone in that race. There are people that the media will give credibility even though they don't represent a large percentage of the population.

There is no leader that can completely represent the views of another individual (even when they are from the same race).

Black leaders should be supported and elected into office in order to show you are not a racist.

White leaders are racist and should be banned from the public arena. It's white privilege.
