Why does Trump issue midnight tweets? Distraction and diversion. The mainstream media tend to focus on one issue at a time hard for a couple of days then move onto the next. Trump tweets and the next day gets a new temporary ban through but the media is distracted. Mission accomplished.
If the dems are whining about redskins or confederate flags, you can bet there's something more important going on they don't want you to know about.
