The California community college statistics show that more whites need remedial english then latinos.
I noticed that the 30,000 student college in this case, only had 1,415 in the sample.
Odd how it is gotten to the point that even statistics are manipulated to be politically correct.
In this ultra-politically correct day and age, studies are basically formulated out of the blue by fake numbers to confirm the liberals agenda.
The same study showed that only 11% of hispanics are ESL leaners, while 33% of whites are.
I have to say this campus is in Orange County and I have yet to be around a non-hispanic white that doesn't speak english and yet in Anaheim, Fullerton, Santa Ana many barely speak English.
Those numbers are not the percentage of each ethnic group that took the course. They are the percentage of students who passed the course broken down by race/ethnicity.
So, the whites having a higher percentage meant they did better than the hispanics. Feel better now?

Statistics are what ever you wish them to be, by selective sampling.
We learned that on election night, when the statistics told us all, Hillary was 98% the President.

Your post is pure silliness. The question the statistics raise might better be the quality of the high school education received. Why would you think that White kids who attend a community college in a highly Hispanic area would not need remedial English more than the Hispanics?
white people are the minority in California now, this doesn't surprise.
