That Ivanka is making millions of dollars off of Trump supporters from imported goods breaks the laugh meter.
That any liberal is giving money for what can be seen as a pay check to the Clintons and Obama and still lose the elections!
Obama will write a book, gets 60 million and laughs all the way to the bank and meanwhile his followers think Obama cares one bit about these poor souls!
Customs bills reportedly show Trump's daughter’s company had 53.5 of tons of Chinese goods steaming towards American ports during Trump's inauguration speech in which he told the country, “We will follow two simple rules; buy American and hire American.”
At least 82 shipments also reportedly passed through US customs from China between the election on November 8th and February 26th.
So much for MAGA. There is no level of hypocrisy that this family will not stoop to.
Spend a few hours in a clothing-oriented distribution center, and anyone with a basic understanding of economics will recognize that American industry is simply not competitive for many apparel items, and never can be; the process itself is too labor-intensive. The proper remedy is to encourage retraining, so the displaced employees can do more stimulating work, and earn more doing it.
A certain percentage of the Trump camp simply doesn't have the economic background to recognize this -- yet; (and It's not that the would-be puppeteers of the NEA want to encourage them to do so, because they would simply lose their loyal captive embarrassment).

I guess he forgot to add, "I meant everyone ELSE will buy American and hire American. I and my family will, of course, be exempt."

The hypocrisy with the Trump family and their businesses in regards to this issue is rather astounding.
They could set a wonderful precedent by manufacturing their goods here in the US (or at least making an effort/announcment to do so) - it's rather telling that they have not done this, don't you think?
