In short, shale which Trump likes will continue to get cheaper and our exports to China will push them away from coal. Carbon emissions are going to drop bigly.

I clicked on the link and don't see the story, sorry. Think I need to join the site.

However, you might have a point. Since he is so full of hot air, perhaps he's adding CO2 to it and is doing some good. Of course, considering what he eats, he probably expels a lot of gas which contributes to global warming.

Not much help there. Other than detailing the dollars being cut, this article is extremely vague about what these agencies do besides pass out money to left wing "non profits".
What do these agencies actually do to save the earth? 😉

What?

Shale oil?

Substituting one bad carbon polluter for another is supposed to help? And Mr Trump gets credit for that?
