Officer Wilson admits to drawing his weapon and shooting Brown, who made no attempt to grab the weapon, and did not strike Wilson. This is Wilson's admission, and it deviates from the previous narrative.
I've read the Request for Admissions twice. Where is the admission from Wilson that Brown did not strike him.
"In one of those interviews, Johnson told MSNBC that Brown was shot in the back by Wilson. It was then that Johnson said Brown stopped, turned around with his hands up and said, “I don’t have a gun, stop shooting!” And, like that, “hands up, don’t shoot” became the mantra of a movement. But it was wrong, built on a lie."
Those against unlawful police actions have not lost. We are finally starting to hold police officers responsible for their actions when they are wrong. We are getting a far wider use of video so we know exactly what went on.
We still have a long ways to go but progress has been made.
Brown was a hominid who was a loser and a threat to any who crossed his path. He was violent and a thug and only fools or close friends and family would mourn his death.
Okay, it would have been better had he not died and just had his empty noggin thumped by a nightstick a half dozen times or had a police dog chow down on his genitals, but who knows what he would have done 5 or 10 years down the road?

The language is very precise, he did not say Brown didn't make an attempt to grab the weapon, he said he didn't attempt to grab it from the holster. The two may sound similar but they are not the same thing. Brown did strike Wilson unless you are saying that he self inflicted those wounds on himself.

It very well could have been the door bouncing back against him.
