Are you away even Trump's DHS said that terrorists are radicalized after already living in the country, and not from coming over here? This ban doesn't nothing to protect us. The countries with the bulk of the terrorists aren't even on the list, because Trump does business with them.
Trump supporters have caused far more damage to this country in the past few months, than refugees/immigrants have in 16 years.
Yup, by voting for this con man and believing every falsehood that comes out his mouth... that's what got us into this mess and what's preventing the Repugs from going against Trump.
If Trump had put this travel ban in place properly w/o excluding other countries he has business ties with he probably won't be facing these setbacks. FAIL due to conflicts of interests.
Except that's not what it does. Islam isn't even mentioned in the EO. Read it. And 87% of the worlds Muslims are unaffected by the EO.

Yes and the reason it was overturned was the failure of the government to produce data showing that the ban on these countries posed a national security risk. Question. Why was Saudis Arabia not on the list?
"Plaintiffs assert that the stated national security reasons for the Executive Order are pretextual.
Two examples of such pretext include the security rationales set forth in Section 1(h):
“In January 2013, two Iraqi nationals admitted to the United States as refugees in 2009 were sentenced to 40 years and to lifein prison, respectively, for multiple terrorism-related offenses.” [Exec. Order] § 1(h).
“And in October 2014, a native of Somalia who had been brought to the United States as a child refugee and later became a naturalized United States citizen was sentenced to 30 years in prison for attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction[.]”
but....
"Id. Iraq is no longer included in the ambit of the travel ban, id., and the Order states that a waiver could be granted for a foreign national that is a “young child.” Id.
§ 3(c)(v).

Any law might seem Constitutional on its face--in its language--but if the INTENT of the law is done to violate any aspect of the Constitution then the law is unConstitutional---no matter the specific language used--or not used...
Trump was on tv just now at his rally in Nashville and made some very stupid comments about the judge blocking Travel Ban II---
He made comments that referred back to his campaign and promises that he made then
He basically damaged his own EO by his language...
I was watching on MSNBC Chris Hayes show--
Hayes gave the example of a town that passes a municipal law requiring people to clean snow off their sidewalks on Saturday if there is snow....which seems like no problem--towns benefit from having snow removed from sidewalks--except if the law was passed to prevent Jews (who won't shovel snow on their Sabbath) from moving to the town...so that law is unConstitutional because of its INTENT to infringe on citizens based on their religion....
So Steven Miller, Rudy Guiliana, Trump himself, Steve Bannon---they all have been quoted as making comments about blocking Muslim travel to the US...
And this ban is likely not the only one that they would love to pass and put into practice...that curtails other minority/religious travelers/immigrants to the US...
