Really? Please show some facts that back up your assertions because as far as I know if any sick person presents themselves at a hospital they are treated regardless of their bank account or lack thereof...
But if they don't have the means to pay, the hospital doesn't have to keep them once their life is no longer in immediate danger.
You're now mixing economics with societal structures.
Societal structures are made up. "Worth" is an opinion in societies, not based off fact.
Worth only exists in the context of societies. Afterall, you're asking society to control who has access to healthcare. Guess what.
According to nature, none of us are worth anything alive or dead.
