They probably didn't do it. It's all in Donald's head. Such revelations appear to him in the middle of the night.
HOWEVER: Even if they did it, other presidents would not accuse them publicaly, but use diplomatic channels. Britain is #1 US ally. You don't destroy that with unproven allegations.

If you guys want a good laugh this morning, here is a video, and in the middle, Donald Trump is trying to "explain" where this wiretap idea came from. I have never seen such a weak, stupid statement coming out of anyone's mouth in my life ! Watch what he says when cornered.

If you do not want to watch it all, go to about 1:15 minutes in.

Yep, he certainly is smarter than anyone else ! Alec Baldwin has nothing on this guy for humor.

Just more information to be used during the impeachment.

It's SO entertaining to watch this dumpster fire of an "administration."

It's like a clumsy tango of retarded elephants slipping, flopping, and spinning in circles across a greasy dance floor. Spicer bumps into Bannon, who knocks down Priebus, who spills kool-aid all over tRump, who then bellows psychotically.

The big question remains: are there any adults in this group?

What a bunch of amateurs.

Trump could be one of the weakest leaders the U.S. has ever had. I still can't believe he is president everyday when I wake up.

It's plausible since they have access.

Taking fake news for fact is not an impeachable offence, but it sure makes them look like complete fools. The problem is that they keep doing it over and over. I guess such pattern can be used as an argument to show how incompetent this admin is, and such incompetence could jeopardize the national security of the nation.

What the heck is wrong with Team Trump? Am I stuck in some kind of really bad dream? Now he is accusing the British of being behind the wiretapping of Trump Tower because of something some clown judge (Andrew Napolitano) said on a conspiracy theory website?

This is absurd beyond belief. Trump and his team are truly demented. They need to be removed from power ASAP (via the established legal process that is).
