Is this the guy hat was the commercial pilot that they reported on on Friday's NBC Nightly News? If so, think it was an OD of fentanyl that killed them.
Doctors prescribe opiods for pain which most of the time they don't need to. This should be the last resort. People get hooked and when they can't get them anymore they turn to heroin, which is cheap.

Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid. It's not extracted from any flowers.
You would be surprised the number of people who are using heroin, and its counterparts..
Very sad. Starts with Rx from Docs and when Rx is gone, addiction and poor choices take over. Not all are this way, but the majority of them are..
I have first hand experience with this horrible illness..
Family is all people have to go to, as the Doctors, rehabs(they just put you on methadone), etc are not going to help.
I feel bad for the kids: the hell with the "parents"; they doped themselves up.
Hard to for me to say this but; like how herion use dropped when I was a kid cause word got out it was just nasty, maybe it'll take some more people to die before others wise up. Same things with crack 30 years ago in the hoods; people said ENOUGH.
