Illegal aliens can't lawfully serve in our military.
Actually, as of 2014, they could, at least for a short period, under very limited circumstances:

How about Vets before millionaires ? or Vets before the military industrial complex, or Vets before capital gains tax breaks or even Vets before Congress.
Does anyone disagree with any of the above ?
BTW it is hardly a mutually exclusive proposition. The best thing we can do for Vets is improve the VA and stop making new veterans.
Do you realize how stupid that statement is ? Of course Vets are important to us, we treat our soldiers like crap when they leave the service. But that subject has nothing to do with immigrants.
As much as you on the right dislike it, the fact is, America is going to have people move here from other places...........they always have, always will. We realize Trump and his cult would love to fence off the entire country and let no one in, but that is not how it works or how America became as great as we are.
If we went with your isolation beliefs, we would exclude a lot of very talented, very dedicated people from moving here and contributing to our country. Not every immigrant is Hell bent on bringing bombs with them, contrary to what Trump thinks in that little soggy mind of his. Most are just like you and me, and simply want a better life for themselves and their families.

Americans have always welcomed people coming here legally. That is the American way. What is it about illegal immigration that you liberals do not understand?Come here the right way like all of the immigrants has in the past. To say the people on the right dislikes immigration is plain ignorance.
