I'm a liberal and I think Trump is an idiot, but taking action against Trump supporters is just dumb. Just like the protesters that didn't allow that guy to speak in California recently. Why? Just let him speak already, if you don't like it don't attend.
All this dumb **** the extremists are doing only adds more fuel to the conservative fire.
So many problems with this thread. It started with a link to a story from Fox titled "...shop owners forced to shut down over Trump support" with no evidence that the reason for their stores failure was political. I mean the vast majority of new small businesses will fail. In fact, this store was going out of business under the previous owners, and the current owners resorted to a GoFund Me account to buy it. Clearly this is just not a sustainable business in that location:
Instead of owning up to that fact, the owners now want to blame liberals for their business failure, and phony Fox News prints the headlines as if their assertion is a fact, not just a baseless claim.
Then we had another link to a story on Tim Allen, who was quoted as saying "you get beat up if you don't believe what others believe". Now I don't know if he was talking about getting physically attacked, because again, no evidence given. But if he was talking about getting criticized for his political beliefs, well boo-hoo, snowflake.

I thought the Dems celebrated diversity (as long as you see things their way I guess) but the hatred that is coming from them is crazy.
My wife has made me stop responding on social media due to the fact that many of our friends/ clients are Democrats that hate Trump. I can't even take a neutral stance on Trump and have a healthy debate without being called stupid, idiot or worse.
It is sad that the people who voted for Trump are not allowed to celebrate the win and if they do they suffer a backlash.
It's true. They tried to do the same crap with Tom Brady and Bill Belichick, also.
What's weirder about the entire thing is that 5 years ago, Hollywood was Trump's best friend before this whole race. He was good with whites, blacks, everyone.

It is a name, along with cheeto, orange man,toupe man etc used by people who'd scream bloody murder if people used terms like "Black man,Oreo,Brillo pad etc etc etc to describe the last President.
All are juvenile and derisive names that do nothing but show the complete ignorance and childishness of the person using them and how absolutely stupid they are by thinking using such names somehow advances their arguments or makes them look smarter or cute.
Personally, the minute I see one of those references I stop reading and toss any argument,thought or point they were trying to make right into the trash bin labeled "3 year old kid talk". Those that keep using those names need to grow up and join the adult world of conversation...

Liberal intolerance is approaching the level of the Nationalist Socialists (Nazis) in the 1930's....their hatred and love of violence scare me which is why I'm armed to the teeth.
OK, so just going by this thread. If you are a progressive, you are full of hate, you are divisive, you have a mental illness, etc etc, that is what the trump supporters think of my political views, but I am supposed to patronize your stores? how exactly does that work, you don get to spew hate for 3 pages and then say you are so hateful, every stupid thing someone on the left does is proof positive , but anyone on the right is either a lone wolf or a false flag.
