If Devin Nunes is telling the truth (and I still need to see the evidence presented), it is the only question left to ask. Before libdem apologists jump in, this is not a right wing conspiracy, but the sentiment is now being echoed by important people such as bob Woodward:

Bob Woodward: Obama officials possibly facing criminal charges for unmasking scheme | Washington Examiner

Russia is over. It was a faux scandal manufactured to cover up the fact that wikileaks exposed the Democratic party as a criminal enterprise. Comey confirmed that 8 months of investigation have not produced a shred of evidence. No one is alleging that Russia somehow changed votes, and no one has suggested a path by which Donald John Trump might have influenced the Russians.

Flynn and Sessions prove nothing. The Flynn situation seems to absolve theTrump team, and Sessions met with them as a member of Congress. No one is suggesting that they did anything wrong other than lie to cover themselves. The Manafort accusation is pathetic.

Nor is this crying about "wiretapping" going to hold water any longer. The crux of this issue is that, according to Nunes, Trump's people were surveilled on issues that had nothing to do with Russia, and ILLEGALLY unmasked (this is a technical term, by the way...look it up if not familiar).

Let us be clear on this: if Nunes is correct, it makes no differance who was being surveilled, who was "wiretapped," hacked, or otherwise spied on. The issue is the illegal, unconstitutinal use of the information obtained.

Trump mispoke, and people in the Obama administration officials potentially committed felonies. We are finsihed with blaiming Trump for speaking out against Democrat criminality.

What we have to ask now is, what did Obama know, and when? It is entirely possible that he is 100% innocent. I still have to see the evidence that Nunes is citing, but make no mistake, this could get very big, and it seems to re-enforce the wikileaks narrative as the Democrats as a party of criminals.
