It doesn't matter if it did or did not. True information is true. You can't call "interference" because a third party made your enemy aware of true damaging information. If you can, then we can for any damaging information released by anyone. Your logic has no foundation.

The Russians also hacked the Republicans, but released no info on them, they clearly didn't want the Dems to win.

It's your conjecture that they had damaging information, and nothing more. This statement is vapor. Everyone has a political opinion, It doesn't matter what the Russians wanted any more than it matters what the people who released the access hollywood tape wanted.

The hacks didn't have to convince everyone but considering how polarizing both candidates were and the large percentage of undecided voters, that had to have an effect on who you decided to vote for.

No, it did not "have to" have an effect on anything.
By stating this, you are effectively removing the individual agency of voters, which holds that they can sort through information, make decisions in regard to its validity, and form an individual opinion in politics: which is not your right to do.
Essentially, you are invalidating the votes of United States citizens.
This is viciously anti-democratic, and can not be allowed to stand. These people have as much right to the validity of their vote as you do, in spite of any information that is available. These people are not impaired nor are they felons. Yet, your line of logic seeks to invalidate their vote by implying that they do not have enough free agency and competence to sort through all information that is available.
I know that communists ultimately rely on dictatorships, but that's not how we do things in the United States.
This is why your line of reasoning will ultimately fail on the national stage. You simply cannot effectively invalidate votes because of any information that is available.
Last, should we retrace our steps in history to seek out all of the liberal media lies that may have influenced elections for liberals? Why would supposedly Russian facilitated truth be more scandalous than American liberal sourced lies? The answer is that it wouldn't.
You people are opening a can of worms here that you aren't prepared to manage. Your lack of logic and short-time horizon, in terms of our shared democracy, is alarming.
