A camouflage-wearing man in Belgium sped his car through crowded shopping area Thursday, forcing people to jump to safety – one day after a terrorist went on a similar rampage in the heart of London.
Police in Antwerp stopped and arrested the out-of-control driver, identified as Mohamed R., after he drove through the pedestrianized street, one of the biggest shopping centers in the country.

The Belgian prosecutor’s office said the 39-year-old man is a French national but a French police source told Agence France-Presse the man is Tunisian with French residency papers.
