The perception that black people commit crime, no matter our income or educational backgrounds is one of the reasons why majority black neighborhoods are valued less.
Also that black children are dumber than white children and will make the "schools bad" is a common racist idea that also causes the de-valuation of black neighborhoods.

The root of my argument is that Dem voters of ALL races/ethnicities are disproportionately poor and are receiving various means-tested public assistance program benefits, at a rate of 2+ times more than their GOP voter counterparts.

Who WOULDN'T want black people on par with whites on education proficiency levels, income/wealth levels, and commission of crimes rates? That's what NEARLY EVERYONE wants.
Well maybe if parents did THEIR JOB and not expect teachers to do it then we would get somewhere..It's a teachers job to teach, not to spend the whole class period telling you why you need this and why you should be motivated...your motivation is to be smart and not be poor..but parents today want the teacher to do all this and teach 35 kids ina 55 min period.
Then shouldn't we be examining why Black, and to a lesser extent Hispanic and Native American/Alaska Native, parents are so much less successful at doing so than Asian or White parents?
most whites blow their cash on other crap too. A lot of it being something like travel and vacations AND RIMS. Don't play this game please. Like whites aren't blowing money on crap like skydiving. The difference is white money is gonna go back to white people. Black dollars don't circulate amongst blacks like that, and it's been designed that way. And what's funny is when blacks even talk about "buying black" many whites call it reverse racism...even though these same people will quickly tell us that "bootstrap" mess.
I don't see how choosing which businesses to patronize is racism. I like to buy local whenever possible to support the folks in my town. That doesn't make me a xenophobe.

No, it doesn't. The chart merely shows that two parent white families tend to own their own homes, rather than rent. Home-ownership requires a proven track record of financial responsibility, which is reflected through a Credit Report. Even when credit sores are sufficient, high debt-to-income ratios function as a bar to home-ownership.
It's a matter of culture and life-style, not institutional racism.
You are definitely hitting on something here. I work in an office that has hispanic people and one of the guys once said to me that he "pays his bills like white people". He also said that most of the people that he knows do not follow this philosophy.
the US is not blatantly racist like it used to be, although they still is a Heavy racism n tension, its not how it used to be in the 1960s and before. But in the US, race and class are very tied together, and that has been like for centuries. From Whites taking Native American land and resources. Forcing blacks to work plantations for free while whites make a profit. To opressing other groups like Puerto Ricans, in PR and in the US, Puerto Rico being a US territory predominated by Latin cultured multiracials who have high amounts of African/native ancestry.
The corporations benefited White Americans only. Not only that, whites benefited from the work other groups did, for generations since the days of blacks slaves, stealing indian land and resources, and oppressing other groups. The way American society was set up for generations, blacks and other minorities were basically blocked from building any type of generational wealth. Whites gained wealth off what non whites work basically, especially true from like the 1600s up until like 1950s. Slavery, Sharecropping, Forced Sterilization of some of our women, Harsher sentences on minorites and mass incarceration enforcing a one parent household in a messed up ghetto, Underfunded public schools in these ghettos, Laws redlining us into these ghettos, Gentrification then displacing us. Race & Class are definetly tied in America.
And the destruction of "The Black Wall Street" in Oklahoma.
And black Democrats aligned with Hillary and Republicans with McCain got the nerve to talk about how evil Assad is and Putin is.
Putin and the Russians didn't destroy the Black Wall Street and loot their homes, burn their business, and then pay out insurance claims to the whites.
