The guy at the top of the chain gets to claim both good and bad. Trumpcare is what it is.

Seriously -- it's the health care act.
It's a health insurance act.

It leaves the definition of " Essential Services" for insurance up to the state as if someone with a Cancer diagnosis is different state to state. Is the guy with Prostate Cancer in Hawaii any different than the guy in Oklahoma?

This creates a huge opportunity for the health insurance industry to lobby at the state level to limit Essential Services and in doing so, exclude conditions they do not want to insure.

You are right

But I will call it Ryancare if it means Trump supporters admit Trump has no plan - -just empty promises - -lol.

Ryancare it is.

But since Ryan's plan is nothing like what Trump promised - in fact, it's a polar opposite - I can only conclude that the stress of his job has gotten to Trump and confused him.
Trump had no plan to support his promise to the American people beyond mumbling something about selling insurance across state lines. That ship has sailed.

How many threads do we really need debating what to call it? This must be the 5th or 6th.

Meanwhile, this legislation might actually be on the way to becoming law and we're debating what to call it instead of talking about the deeply troubling provisions within it that will potentially derail an industry that makes up 1/6 of our economy.

#2. Trump sold this as a day 1 goal, claimed he had a great plan, and Spicer even has stated, there is no plan B. This is unequivocally Trumps.

So why are we seeing some folks suddenly go all in against calling it what everyone else does? Because they cannot comprehend that Trump betrayed them, and lied about his healthcare plan. Its time to realize that Trump lied to you all, and that yes, this IS Trumps plan. He has pushed hard for this, Even taking a weekend off from Maralago. He owns this, and the truly epic leadership failure represented by it.

So folks, get over it. He won. Its Trumpcare.
Oh come on Greywar, watching the Trumpcare-rename spin has been the highlight of my week.

Actually it's been trumlcare since day 1, I provided a link to evidence showing that, and Trumps actions makes clear he owns this as people have repeatedly pointed out.

But more importantly as most presidents understand "the buck stops here" is part of the job. Tell you what, if trump and pence both leave office, and President Ryan pushes this again, THEN it's Ryancare. But now? Trump owns this. He has pushed it, and his own press secretary has stated there is no plan B.
