From what I'm seeing he made offer thru his lawyer to fbi to testify to intelligence committees but no takers. Maddow just tweeted that tonight's planned show is now out the window.
Update: WSJ says Flynn offered to testify for immunity and has not been taken up on it - at least yet.
It is possible he wants immunity because Trump told Putin that he could have more flexibility after the election OR it is possible that Flynn wants to not be prosecuted for lying during his confirmation hearing under oath and doesn't have any actual damning evidence. If it is the second reason, it would be smart to get free and clear for lying under oath at the peak of the hysteria.
