Considering the fact that this is coming from the same people who were said that his Presidential campaign was effectively over by the start of October, I'd take this with a pinch of salt. The left wing media haven't made many solid predictions in the last couple of years.
No doubt his failure to secure healthcare reform was a major setback, but it's not going to bring down his Presidency. I think it's ludicrous to write off a President just two months into a four year term.
I agree that this proclamation is a bit premature, but I don't know how anyone can argue that this is an auspicious beginning. The problem is not simply that the Trumpcare/Ryancare failed, it is that one of Trump's key campaign promises was that he would see Obamacare repealed and replaced with something wonderful. Then, not only did he clearly have NO plan in mind when he took office, he signed on with Ryan's plan, which was far, far more unpopular with voters than the ACA.
