And it does not improve our economic status?

I ask this now coming on the heels of trumps stunning reversal on health care.

Many. Things could go wrong. He could start a global trade war that could leave us worse off.

He could enact a corporate tax reform that actually encourages off shoring.

Based on his abject reversal on health care what can we expect?

If you want to buy something from a person and you act like it's the most important thing in the world to you, does that give you an upper hand in that negotiation?

When I buy a car, I act as though I'm ready to walk away at the drop of a hat.

And maybe that save a few hundred dollars. I don't see that changing the world.

Getting rid of illegal immigration will help improve our economic status. It will open up more job opportunities for Americans and employers will stop paying them 2 bucks/hour. Don't listen to the fake news about illegal immigration being beneficial.

Liberals and RINO's never seem to care how much money they spend.

Not saying it is beneficial. My point is if it is not proven to be the drag on the economy that some purport then where does the finger get pointed?

A head of lettuce will cost more than a pack of cigarettes.

That's a bald faced lie. Do some research. Google is your friend.

Illegal immigration is a "drag on the economy'. Not only has it displaced Americans in the construction fields who couldn't compete with sleazy contractors who hire illegals and pay them under the table, but literally billions of dollars get sent out of the country. That's money that isn't being put back into our economy.

Illegal immigrants send home $50 billion annually but cost taxpayers more than $113 billion | Immigration Reform Blog
