He has the full power of the US investigative resources at his fingertips, just like Obama had and used to dig dirt.

and that makes everything o.k.? out of sight out of mind? she doesn't have immunity as a former elected official if she committed illegal or treasonous acts against the U.S. That goes for her campaign and family also. how about all the other countries and companies that immediately ceased contributing to her foundation once she lost... coincidence?

She is in no position to threaten the security of our nation. That is why Trump and friends are being investigated. They would not be investigated if he had not won AND had these issues regarding Russian collusion.
Clinton has been very open and honest about her finances. We have yet to see the tax information regarding Trump for the past 5 years. Clinton released hers. We know what she is involved in. Also, the FBI was wiretapping Russian officials. Members of Trumps campaign staff, now administration, had conversations with those Russian officials/diplomats.
Hillary's campaign people didn't call and talk to Russian diplomats...
The Clinton Foundation is a non-profit, all of their financial data is available online. They are open books. You wouldn't know about those countries/companies not donating if this stuff was not open records. Trump has not opened his records. He's being secretive. He also won the presidency via this secretive maneuvers. Clinton did not. There is no reason to investigate her.

FBI Director James Comey already testified to Congress that there was no evidence that Clinton's server was hacked.
He said the FBI had no evidence - but it was likely that it was hacked by multiple foreign entities. There is also a difference between "finding evidence" and "having evidence". You can find it but not have it. i.e. - NSA has it but FBI doesn't.
they likely have mountains of evidence against Clinton - and have publicly stated that her servers were compromised leaking highly classified information. how about reports that many FBI staffers threatened to leave due to stonewalling the investigation into Clinton. You think that's ancient history ?

Her servers were never compromised. They were not SOP and handling information outside the government was not OK- even if others did the same before her. But no one came up actually came up with information from her communications through that server.
It baffles my mind the Rs haven't taken up pitchforks or at least called for a strong, independent investigation of the Trump teams ties to Russia. Instead everyone just decided Putin was a strong, honorable person. Although props to McCain for calling a spade a spade.
And for what its worth, Dems didn't kill Trumps healthcare repeal- Republicans to the right and the center did. They could have scrapped Obamacare whole with their representation in the House and Senate. Might have require reconciliation like Obamacare itself did- but it was a very real possibility for them.

I found the murder weapon, but I don't actually have the murder weapon. Some one (or possibly multiple someones) broke into the evidence room and stole it.
