There's also more to make one suspicious of Trump receiving trademark approval in China for throwing Taiwan under the bus and adopting the 'one China' policy but I'm sure Trumpies would rather not go there.
So you are Ok with the CF receiving $145 million from groups that were pushing the uranium deal, and the Clinton personally receiving $500k from a Russian bank that was also pushing the deal?
If so, then why is anyone worried about a Trump, Russian connection that eight months and counting, and there still hasn't been a single piece of evidence presented?
Seriously, answer the question, if you don't have a problem with what the Clintons did, why worry about a Trump, Russian connection?
I'm okay with a charitable foundation receiving donations. I'm not okay with how the Clintons handled the potential conflicts of interest between the Clinton Foundation and the Secretary of State. But the fact is that in the matter of the uranium deal, Hillary didn't give the Russians anything. NINE different, separate agencies had to sign off on this deal. Hillary's role does not amount to any level of control of the deal. And the Russian company was buying a controlling interest in a Canadian company.
As regards a Trump/Russian connection, you keep on saying that there is no evidence. But that's completely false. There is a plethora of evidence that Trump's campaign/transition team had multiple communications with the Russians. And there is so much evidence of Russian hacking in the past election that our intelligence agencies have stated unequivocally that the Russians did so. It's fair to investigate if there was any collusion between Trump's campaign and the Russians. We, the public, so far haven't been told of any evidence of collusion, and that's good. We don't want any evidence of collusion. But it is reasonable to investigate.
And we worry about a Trump/Russian connection because that's a threat to the integrity of our national security. Trump IS the President of the United States.

8 other agencies needed to sign off on the deal besides the State Department. Also, for the 20% stake in US capacity, the Russians do not have a license to export any uranium out of mines in the US.
So, if the Clintons were paid off, and if you were the person or persons doing the paying off, would you spend $200 million on a 1 in 9 chance of a sure thing?
In other words, if you were investing $200 million in a payoff, you'd have to pay off a lot more people, in 8 other agencies to ensure the deal would go through.
And even then, the Russians still would not have a license to export any uranium from US mines.
And even then, the president could still veto the deal.
This line of accusations makes no sense whatsoever to anyone who even looks a shade deeper at the facts.
Clinton was secretary of state at the time, but she didn’t have the power to approve or reject the deal. The State Department was only one of nine federal agencies that signed off on the deal, and only President Barack Obama had the power to veto it.
Facts are hard, I know.
Could it be Obama controlled those 9 Federal agencies? I think so.
Simple, cold hard cash, $145 million for the Clinton Foundation, and $500K for the Clintons personally.
