Why do you think he is trying to cover up anything?
He tweets about it being a hoax or bringing up stupid BS about Obama to change the subject 3 to 4 times a week. The WH is trying to block Sally Yates from testifying because she has dirt on Trump linking him to the Russian scandal. If Trump was not guilty he would not even open his mouth about this once he knows he is so he acting like a little baby.
An independent prosecutor is definitely needed, both sides should understand that.
It is known that Russia tries to influence elections using trolls and spreading disinformation. Its known that a significant proportion of the US population doesn't have the knowledge or critical thinking skills to separate disinformation from factual information (not their fault, its the fault of a lack of sufficient education in some areas in the US). The key issue here is whether or not anyone in the Administration was colluding with the Russians over this, and the behaviour of the WH and Nunes etc. is very fishy so this absolutely needs to be investigated thoroughly.
Good, I'm glad Trump is having the heat from the right as well as the left. This isn't a liberal issue as much as Trump and his snowflake followers make it seem like, it is an American issue.
I think there is something very real there and Republicans will do everything possible to prevent it from coming to light. Sooner or later it will though, then it will be a matter of who gets blamed because Trump never takes responsibility for anything.
I have envisioned that when they are hauling him off, Clinton (with select others) would be there to personally witness this. As he is having to pass by Clinton, those carting him out would pause before her. After looking into his eyes a few moments, with absolute disgust, but without a word... she would then turn away, saying "Lock him UP!"
Where is the proof that anything exist to cover-up?
