I am not compatible with the Jehovah Witnesses that knock on my door from time to time and it is nice to know that I can tell them No thank you without fear of being tortured and having my head chopped off.

If people would keep their religions to themselves we would all be better off.

I cannot think of any other modern day mass religion that actually kills people for not believing what they do.

If Franklin Graham stood up and called for America to be under Christian Law people would go insane. Not even realizing the difference between the OT and NT......

One has to think if you call yourself a moderate Christian are you going to be moderate when the time comes to be radical for your faith or will you be lukewarm. Jesus never told Christians to be idle or be moderate.

Neither one has a place as the law of the land.

There are a large number of Christians who would love to see this country live under Christian law and they use their time and energy to get this country as close to it as possible. See: gay marriage, abortion, birth control

Did Sarsour call for America to be under Sharia Law or did she say she herself lived under Sharia Law? Furthermore, she was ONE of the organizers of that march so lets not try to spin it into anything more than one person's statements on her own faith.

So, its okay for Christians to be radical in their faith but not okay for Muslims? Personally, I think extremism of any kind shows profound ignorance.

^ this is something people don't get. France is openly secular. Even Christianity is shunned. Has nothing to do with Islam and everything to do with religion in general.

If you ask me, we should follow their model. No religion at all in public life. It's a private matter. The Bible thumpers are just as bad as the Islamic fundamentalists.

So you as a Christian don't like Christians .. Fact is there are 85 Sharia Law Courts in Britain. The muslims do not assimilate at all.

It's quite ironic when you a catch a professed and evangelical Christian lying. Sarour said people don't understand Shari'a and she lives by it personally. I agree with her.

The hypocrisy of Christian-right positions are ridiculous. Especially when their leadership professes that 9/11 was because of gays, the Orlando nightclub shooting was "reaping what they sew", and they have a major political agenda to formulate US secular law to reflect Christian laws.

Don't have to. The Bill of Rights give us the freedom to "assimilate" (whatever that means?) or not, and there is not a damn thing you can do about it.
