Mack Crook Jr. may be the only person in America who doesn't love Waffle House. In a lawsuit filed earlier this month, Crook claims grease from a Waffle House in Anniston, Ala., has seeped across the property line and into the building he owns. He's seeking $800,000 in damages, Al.com reports.

Should be an easy case to prove & show evidence.

The plaintiff's commercial property is below the Waffle House property with the grease holder abutting at the top of the drop-off.

I would love living next to a Waffle House or a Denny's. Maybe even have a 24/7 Chinese Buffet on the other side of my house... and for the days I want a greasy burger, What-A-Burger within 3-5 minutes walking distance. Wait a minute... I really like fries from McDonalds. Oh these tough decisions!

I used to meet my carpool in Waffle House parking lot. In 5 years, I never saw a normal weight person go in there.

Love me some Waffle House! I especially like the $5 deal where you get a waffle, 2 eggs and a drink!
