It's not a being "fair" issue. It's a safety issue.

Women are trying to be men, and we see the results of it.,
To be Fair, there are usually men and women officers together in most countries and not just three women.

Furthermore I have seen far more effective women officers using verbal skills and being assertive, coupled with Krav Maga self defence training and non-lethals.

I know in the UK, this idiot would have had a face full of PAVA which is significantly more potent than CS gas, whilst batons would have been drawn and tasers readied. The latest X2 tasers are even semi autiomatic.

The Police in the UK also have an emergency button which if pressed alerts all support units that an officers need urgent assistance and you end up with numerous police very quickly attending the scene, including van loads of public order officers, dog units and even armed response units.

What's the point of posting this video?
This female officer can handle the job. The other three bimbos can't. The four are not equal just because of one strong female.
One should stay on the force while the other three exit. It's all about public safety.

Actually, it is a valid point and a common problem in the field. They have lowered the testing requirements so much that not only does it allow many women who are not qualified, but men as well who are not up to the task. A common problem with female police officers is the over compensation of physical force they have to apply to gain physical control over a suspect. While a strong male can exert even force and control with most suspects, the female officer often has to use short micro-burst uses of physical force to gain control. This is dangerous for many reasons, but outside of that, it also often leads to many issues of female officers over exerting use of force in situations where it was not warranted.

My response would have been to take out a Tazer or a club and stopped the idiot. Hell, I might have just shot him. This is why I could never be a policeman.

That is the thing though and a common complaint by many officers in the field of some female officers. That is, due to their ability, they often will escalate force when it is unnecessary. If the result of having women in law enforcement is that we have to escalate use of force, then don't you think that the problem is obvious?

Not that I agree with him on 99% of stuff but I do agree with him here:

"So long as we possess a healthy, manly race--and we National Socialist will attend to that--we will form no female mortar battalions and no female sharpshooting corps. For that is not equality of rights, but a diminution of the rights of woman...."

"The so-called granting of equal rights to women, which Marxism demands, in reality does not grant equal rights but constitutes a deprivation of rights, since it draws the woman into an area in which she will necessarily be inferior. It places the woman in situations that cannot strengthen her position--vis a vis both man and society--but only weaken it..."
Seeing as he got his healthy, manly ass handed to him by the nation that did in fact employ female snipers, fighter pilots etc., that is a really weird quote in this context.
