I am NOT a supporter of Trump. What is appearing to have happened here is totally unjustifiable.
I totally agree with you on this. I believe the Dems were so convinced of their victory that they didn't even consider the possibility of losing, and everything that would come tumbling out from the closet once they were out of the WH. The Russian narrative sprang into full focus around 11/09/16 and the propaganda machine went to work. Three months of non-stop posturing and propaganda was more than enough to appease and convince the left of collusion between Trump and Russia. And now it's all about to fall down.

The Presidency, The Senate, The House, The Supreme Court, 33 of governorships, 32 state legislatures.

The fruition of eight years. That is the travesty of President Obama's residency in the White House.

I would not call her an idiot. She is a serial, recidivist liar.

I think Trump is well on his way to helping the democrats in 2018 but that wasn't what I was responding to. This was portrayed as the democratic "scandal of the century", just more hyperbole as usual.

Detailed spreadsheets. If this innocent, in course of her normal, legal responsibilities, then why;

Did it begin in July, around the time of Trump's nomination and peak right after the election? Coincidence, I'm sure.

Susan Rice Ordered Spy Agencies To Produce ‘Detailed Spreadsheets’ Involving Trump |Daily Caller
Former President Barack Obama’s national security adviser Susan Rice ordered U.S. spy agencies to produce “detailed spreadsheets” of legal phone calls involving Donald Trump and his aides when he was running for president, according to former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova.

“What was produced by the intelligence community at the request of Ms. Rice were detailed spreadsheets of intercepted phone calls with unmasked Trump associates in perfectly legal conversations with individuals,” diGenova told The Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group Monday.

“The overheard conversations involved no illegal activity by anybody of the Trump associates, or anyone they were speaking with,” diGenova said. “In short, the only apparent illegal activity was the unmasking of the people in the calls.”

I think it is important to note, Susan Rice is not a career intelligence
agent; she is a political appointee that SERVES at the sole pleasure of the
president. What is her logic behind requesting unmasking of private, American citizens who haven't committed any crime?

If there was a crime, you can be sure we would have know about it a long time ago.
A sitting U.S. President condoning the continual spying on of a presidential candidate of the opposing party is unprecedented. It's a major breach of Trust - she had no warrant, they surveilled for a year and monitored phone/emails on an opposing Political Party and Presidential Candidate - later the President Elect. Kept a spreadsheet on what they were finding - this was a major operation. ALL for "Politics" and Power.

Their "defense" is going to be stonewall, get the media to ignore it and claim it was "legal".
There you go folks -- the Leftists claim it is absolutely "legal" to spy on American citizens for zero reason and then USE whatever information they collect in any way they choose - right up to getting it published in the newspaper. Because they Can, because they believe the Ends always Justify the Means and THEY are above the Laws and even common decency.

Snowden exposed the Obama administration’s illegal surveillance program. Nunes exposed the illegal unmasking of Americans caught up in surveillance under the Obama admin. Leftist groups attacked Nunes in a shocking display of “liberals” protesting in support of a police state! Now, Democrats ignore or defend Susan Rice in their continued acceptance of police state.

Democrats are now actively in full SUPPORT of the police state if it is used against people they don’t like.
