In approximately October 2015, a video camera caught the harassment and violent threats taking place on Lambert's iPhone:
N*****, we take your ass home, ******. Shred you up in pieces, n*****. Cut you up, n*****. Send your ass so everyone in yo family so everybody can have a piece of you, n*****. Straight up, n*****. We get down like that, n*****.
Larry Organ, attorney with The California Civil Rights Law Group, said, "the harassers went out of their way to document their racist and sexist behavior by leaving video recordings on Lambert's phone even going so far as to say that they would cut him up into pieces and send the body parts to his family members."
So were the harassers black, was he white, what's the deal? I heard the same talk among younger coworkers last night, but they're young, ignorant, backwards. No point in caring if they want to act like fools.
Just give the guy a six figure settlement, Musk can afford it. Although Tesla's are the next Delorean.

Lambert is said to have posted Tesla tech on Facebook against company policy. Hence why passed for promotion. Sounds like fishy character looking for pay day.
“We looked into his claims and found that the co-workers DeWitt complained about described the situation very differently,” the company said. “They claimed once again they had all been friends and socialized outside of work, and that all of them (including DeWitt) used similar insensitive language with each other on a regular, ongoing basis, including in social contexts outside of the workplace.”
Tesla said it placed Lambert on paid leave pending an investigation into his Facebook messages and comments to a co-worker. It fired several employees, and said it will continue to root out workers whose behavior fails to meet the company’s standards.
