If they would only convict this and every other asylum seeker or citizen who sexually assaults anyone, then strap them with multiple zip ties to a modified (drilled in the right places) 2x12... and publicly feed them very slowly into an industrial chipper shredder feet first so we can watch their facial expressions as they scream out in horrific pain just before they die, this nonsense would come to a halt real fast.
I don't give a damn where any person is from when they commit heinous acts like this against another human being. They deserve the most painful public execution imaginable.

Easy to say it is mainstream and not an outlier when 98% of the population engages in such practices as Female Genital mutilation. Any society like this could be capable of anything, including rape of women who don't cover up.
