First, I hate Trump. But I don't believe this conspiracy theory 100%. Of course TRUMP couldn't mastermind this by himself but you take Kushner and the generals and they could! And Trump watches tv and saw the babies killed so it was pretty easy for them to talk him into doing something. All he had to do was make a speech (that someone else wrote) and sign a paper.

59 - 23 = 36.
36 missiles is one volley of the Russain S-300 (or S-400).

He said "flew out 59, flew to the base 23". It seems that 36 missiles were knocked down by a missile defense system. 36 missiles is very strange coincidence.
Nope. It's a binary agent. Not dangerous until combined.
Turkey referred a report for chlorine gas attack to the UN. Jaysh al-Islam and other groups had used chlorine gas in Aleppo just a year ago before they were allowed to leave for Idlib. Accusations of chlorine gas barrel bombs dropped by helicopter were leveled against the government as well.
Any time. This "message" did so little damage that it will be ignored, and even laughed at.
It will be counter productive. With this phony gas attack and the even phonier retaliation, Assad and the Russians have assurances that Trump is on their side.
