President of China played him for some trademark approvals.

Mexico and Canada were clear that if he started some foolishness with NAFTA, he'd be sorry, so he stopped that nonsense.

His negotiations on the health care bill were, shall we say, less than impressive.

His off the wall "tax plan" is a non-starter.

He did get the Heritage Foundation pick for Supreme Court Justice through Congress. But not sure that took all that much negotiating. McConnell had that greased.

Whatever his play was in Syria, it didn't amount to much.

Trump is pretty good at bullying, but is terrible at negotiating
That's a slick spin.

What is the "nonsense"? Carter and Obama are traitors.
I think I understand the misunderstanding here...

You believe the problem with NKs development of a nuclear program began there around Clinton's term, maybe even that Clinton should be held responsible for the problem. Are there any more alternative facts that might help those of us who know this history a little better, going back a little further?

If the combination of efforts to keep NK from developing its nuclear program has been one of "appeasement" as far as you are concerned as well, then here too, we begin to better understand why Trump supporters believe Trump is so novel with his "strategy" now.

The lack of facts combined with alternative facts plus the love of all Trump represents to his supporters continues to inspire Trump's following like no drug known to man can do.

"Carter and Obama are traitors," and Trump our savior.

Right? "What is the nonsense?"

Might as well be asking who is that man in the mirror...

You probably should do a little research on the history of North Korea's nuclear program before you decide to blame Carter and Obama, here's a nice concise timeline for you.

North Korea Nuclear Timeline Fast Facts - CNN.com

It looks to me like the time to take action against North Korea would have been in 2002-2003 and guess who was President then.

The North’s strategic calculus hasn’t changed in decades, Myers said. In 1994, President Clinton contemplated a preemptive strike on the North’s nuclear weapons program — yet he balked in the face of the potential fallout: North Korea has a devastating array of artillery aimed at Seoul, which sits 35 miles south of the countries’ heavily militarized border, and if a conflict were to erupt, hundreds of thousands of South Koreans could be killed within an hour.

Here's what's driving North Korea's nuclear program

Or right..., maybe Clinton wasn't the bad hombre like Trump is...

I knew there would be something like this. Federal grand juries are underway and the NY Attorney General is pursuing RICO charges against Trump.

Tweeting out another false accusation wasn't going to work again. Folks are on to that and it appears to be getting more difficult to convince Republicans to ruin their careers to run interference.

Had to be an attack of some sort.

Guess we should all be glad it wasn't North Korea.

In the world we live in. Where do you live?

Another one to add to the list is the budget bill negotiated this weekend. Read the thread to get all the details, then come back and make your case for the "great negotiator."

Perhaps you don't understand what "spin" means.

It's a form of propaganda in which one twists and spins things around to mislead people. Spicer claiming that Obama is to blame for Flynn is spin.

Telling the truth is not spin.
