I'm indifferent about Bannon. He is a brilliant guy with outstanding credentials, and he is not nearly the villain that the left paints him to be, but I dont see him as someone who is irreplaceable either.

Kushner and I are from the same hometown and similar upbringing and social circles, so I have known his history for a very long time before the election ever took place. He is also a very smart guy, who is new to this whole political world, but I have no doubt that he is a very quick learner. I'm sure with the aid of Reince Priebus, he will do just fine and likely excel.

The point being that both men are very capable. People on the left will try to drive home the negatives of whoever happens to be in that position, just as the right would do if the shoe were on the other foot. But the fact of the matter is that they are both accomplished individuals, both are overachievers, but both are also replaceable. If Bannon is going to be a lightning rod, and the president feels he has outlived his usefulness, I would not shed a tear.

It looks like he's going to do what he's always done and let his son-in-law do all the work, and his son-in-law by all accounts is a centrist in the mold of George HW Bush and Billary Clinton. You teajadists just can't catch a break. No matter who you vote for you always get the same ol', same ol' -- free trade, more wars, low wages, lower taxes for rich people and no social services.

Is Steve Bannon on his way out of the White House?
Well lets face it, Trump is dumb but not so dumb as to not see his own presidency has failed.

Trump lacks the intellectual chops to be POTUS, he is so weak Bannon was able to direct him with ease, and Trump allowed it because weak. Trump lacks the education and intellect to see through Bannon's racist and simplistic political witches brew.

It took just days for Bannon to start failing , but it took Trump months to see it. This shows us Trump is either too loyal to those who are loyal, or too stupid to be in charge of anything other than some RE and branding.
The Russia thing is completely real. Trump however is likely just a captured fool.

Tea party, folk are exactly what the Koch brothers intended, they built it from the ground up while convincing party members they were a 'grass roots group". to this day most of them refuse to admit even to themselves they the entire thing was funded by the Koch family. And the Koch family want to keep workers low paid and insecure to ensure they work themselves into the grave.

Frankly anyone at all who votes Republican and earns under 80k is an idiot or ideologue or both. R's have never helped lower income folk. And likely never will.

Good so hear you are so easily amused.

So Obi Wan, explain what Bannon thinks would be a better system.

The constitution does not allow federal socialism. States yes, but not on the federal levels.

It really is hilarious to see all these flakes having their perpetual meltdowns.

Great week? What constitutes that? If he doesn't manage to mess his pants in a 24 hour period he's had a success?

Leninism in an alt-right (white) world. So far, the European elections are not going as planned.

"Bannon once described himself to a fellow party guest as a Leninist, who wanted to "bring everything crashing down, and destroy all of today's Establishment."

Steve Bannon shares a fascist's obsession with cleansing, apocalyptic war. And now he's in the White House

dont wish to be mean here, but what exactly was 'great" this week. (now an honest answer or none if you don't mind) I have seen a few people on the "R" side say "great" but i really don't what they mean.

so if you dont mind, maybe you could point me to just a few wins for trump this week...

Serious people would have never voted for someone well spoken and clean; twice.

The pendulum swung the other way. And liberals are freaking out.
