I hate seeing it happen anywhere. Nobody is immune from extremism. Friendly, supportive, open to change, self-flagellating, non-confrontational ... none of these qualities matter to extremists. When will peaceniks finally get it? We can spin in circles and sing Kumbaya to them and they'll still plot to kill because they're sick f*ckers brainwashed by stupidity.

If it does turn out to be Jihadist-type terrorism, and the perpetrator(s) turn out to be refugees accepted into the country (both likely), let it be known the Swedes are pretty accepting of this kind of thing, from most of what I've read and heard, both politically and within the citizenry. That is, they generally understand there will be some bad apples who kill people (or sexually assault women) but casualties of this nature should overall be low in absolute terms and at acceptable rates and should not mean Sweden as a whole reverses course on bringing in refugees and being (or being viewed as) a *superpower* in terms of championing "human rights" and "tolerance."
I question whether the Swedes in general are accepting of this kind of thing, or its the Swedish government who has decided that there is such a thing as an acceptable increase in terror and crimes of violence, because its in the interest of their country's image as a champion of tolerance. The problem when elites engage in social engineering is that they are so concerned with "society" that they completely forget about "people."

Are the Swedes rising up in mass protest? Looking for a revolution to take Sweden back? No they are voluntarily implanting chips in their skin and gathering in groups to welcome the refugees (hordes of young men).
So, travel bans and refusal of refugees doesn't seem that bad on a day like today does it.
And I'll bet a thousand dollars they were Muslim. While I know all Muslims aren't terrorists, most terrorist are Muslim. It's just their thing.
I hate to say this but it's so frequent I'm not even surprised anymore.
