Ask Barack. He was trying to interfere with the elections in Israel.

Study the history of the middle east and learn about Israel's hostile neighbors, which includes Syria.

My thought on this, Assad will be replaced by whoever assassinates him, though unlikely, I'd like to see somebody who believes in democracy, not dictatorship.

Is it your business if your neighbor beats his child?

As if Trump could conceive of a plan that would put him in a position to effectuate regime change in Syria.

Protip: It takes a bit more than dropping 25 tons of ordnance on a random airbase - in WWII, that would have been a 5-bomber raid. (The airbase was operational less than a day later.)

That was a largely symbolic fireworks show.

Trump, like all US presidents is a puppet, he will do as he is told by party functionaries, fronting for the real power.

The cruise missiles used don't carry enough explosive to crater a runway. That would require ordinance dropped from aircraft. The picture of American flyers being captured and brutally tortured and killed is not a pretty one.

Trump just needs to stay out of Syria despite the horrendous nature of warfare in that country. I don't see any of our so called allies and friends in Europe or the Middle East coming to the rescue. We have a dismal record of intervention in civil wars without any positive results.
