KKK = crackpots in small numbers.
ISIS and other groups = functioning widely across countries with wide public support.

The scale is grossly off. Does that mean muslims are bad? Nope. But it means that much of the muslim population is in countries rooted in the 16th century.

In short, it's not the religion so much as the poltiical climate of the countries where they are imbedded.

To try to equate ISIS to the KKK in terms of scale is horrifying. Please include your support for this in any response.
You want something in the last 50 years: How about Bosnia and Herzegovina? Hui Muslims attacked by Tibetan monks? Christian militias in Africa?

Yet we're stuck on combining all Muslims together. By limiting the time period you're covering up the atrocities done by Christians. The Crusaders didn't kill many people? 2 Million Muslims just decided to cease to exist? Really?

And as to the KKK during it's height of popularity, 15% of the US males supported it.

Typical Muslim disinformation campaign. Blame the Jews for all the atrocities committed by fundamentalist Muslims. Happens all the time. The so-called moderate Muslims just can't wrap their brains around the fact that it is their fellow Muslims doing this, and that their playbook actually IS the Koran.

That's a "bloodthirsty tyrant" for you.
Of course "devout muslims" complain, demanding the "democracy."
Assad is not allowing them to *implement* the one and only "true religion" in Syria, the way they see it fit.

Of course. Who do you think the "rebels" are? It's basically ISIS and now we are helping them overthrow Assad so they can take over all of Syria.
