North Korea is close to testing the KN-08 which has a range that puts all of the West Coast of the USA in range. They are also testing the KN-14 which can reach California.
Question, should the USA prevent them from developing such an ICBM?

CA will soon be its own country, it bans service recruiters from campus, denies national borders. So if NK unleashes a volley it won't impact the USA.
We will have to deal with refugees from CA...or Mexico will.
The Missiles wont hit California, but they might hit Seattle.
