No, it's not common or legal for men to walk around completely naked in public, geez. There are things like nude beaches, yes, but just don't go there. It is legal for a woman to breastfeed in public, covered or not. Stop making irrelevant comparisons.

Sorry, state law says it's not exposure. Go petition a congress critter like a grownup if you have a problem.

Only if you want to get yourself arrested. It's legal in California, though, so you can swing your thing freely there. Or, at least, not get arrested.

I think at least 48 states now protect public breastfeeding. Including the state (Virginia) where this mall was.
