Colbert is a very funny man. Trump has been a boon to his show and allowed him to redefine the show.

as to why he would trade his ratings, i see, wow. Colbert is saying he puts Nation before his own enrichment, his own ego. Ie an American through and through.

I like his monologue, and it educates while mostly just mocking and stating facts. trumpland is a target rich environment. Trump makes it too damn easy, what with his Russian links, self enrichment, hidden taxes, (notice the right stopped repeating the lie of audit), nepotism, white nationalists.


What did you think would happen when you elect such an obviously flawed and grotesque man such as Trump?
