Not even 3 months in President Trump's administration, some SNL writers think they can change the minds, of the people that voted for him, is ridiculous.
Trump voters are Hardcore and they will not be swayed.
The real point of that was that he can let his die-hard supporters down in every way and they'll still keep right on supporting him while he gives not one damn about their struggles.
He cares bigly. He knows struggles. Afterall, now and then he has to read prepared speeches by adults. Oh, the horror.
Actually, I thought the sketch was pretty accurate.....and yes, the dems lose because there are far more dumb people than educated people. It's a major limit of democracy when people, no matter the level of education, get to vote. It's a mob rule situation as the uneducated are easily persuaded by catchy phrases and simple messages like the kind that trump is really good at giving.
You are somewhat right, but don't forget that the 'mob situation' can just as easily apply to the Democrats: welfare collecting moms with 5 kids from 4 fathers, illegal immigrants, etc.
It's why the founding fathers were smart enough not to make us a democracy --- we are a constitutional republic. If we were a democracy, Hillary wins.

I don't think it was an attempt at humor. It was freakishly accurate.
Exactly. When I watched it my thought was "they won't even get why this is so funny". For Democrats in blue states, just watching what the GOP does to red staters will be most satisfying. When Trump takes their health coverage, puts tariffs on imports, takes their land to build a wall, privatizes Social Security and Medicare, the red states will suffer the most. Education and the environment also suffer under the GOP. And yesterday Republicans said they want to take a look at Social Security Disability, which is so prevalent in Appalachia. Blue states will fight to continue as they do and Trump says he wants to reduce our taxes, so more of our money can stay within blue states.
Making fun of all the "hicks' who voted for Trump. LOL, keep it up and see more Dems lose in the next election. They don't have a clue on why they lost.
Why don't you have a problem with conservatives making fun of liberals? Snowflakes, crybabies, etc.
