The proper way to win an American Revolution II is to organize and change the Constitution to reflect a more modern and people centric document (take away corporate personhood, change to a 100% federal based voting system, institute universal health care, change the way the POTUS can go to war (really need congress, etc.),...
The American Revolution was a Civil War. In much of the south (Southern Campaign) it was literally family against family. The Revolution sparked a massive refugee crisis as people suspected of being Loyalists were murdered and their property taken as they were branded as traitors) which is ironic because if the Crown had won, the Whigs would have been branded traitors and their property taken.
As to the question. I don't know but I do think that the US should be governed as a much looser grouping of states and I say that so that the states can have greater freedom to pursue their interests. We have so many problems because say California and New England aren't going to change, nor are Mississippi and Alabama. I do think its time to cut losses on this and just let states either achieve or drive themselves into the ground.
The Founding Fathers didn't have to deal with an enemy that has the technology that we have today.
Not relevant, since non-technology defeats technology.
How long have you been in Afghanistan now? 17 years in September and you're still no closer to winning, but then that might be by design, since you'll need to be in Afghanistan when the US engages Iran.

We can't use the postal service because it's run by the feds, so how would we send messages without being intercepted?
If you don't know how to send messages without using "Facebook" or "Twitter" then you should probably not waste your time thinking about things like this.
I could easily send messages on Twitter using code words and phrases.

ISIS has neither a navy nor an air force, so ISIS cannot touch the US. You would do well to look at a map of the world at least once in your life.

The Mexican army is defensive only, lacking the logistical support (and experience) to project its forces into the US for an extended length of time.
