I thought so.

This is nothing but the Trump double standard being tossed up yet again.
Oh, please, STOP the blind faith excuses for Trump. You have NO idea what would have been with anyone else and neither do I. He chose to run, he won, and he'll be judged on what he does, NOT speculation about what anyone else may have done.

I think it would have been a lot better with Bernie Sanders!

I believe Jesse Ventura would make a better president.

None of which changes that Trump is POTUS and lurching from one disaster to the next.

Anyone know what Trump actually meant with all the "America First" talk?

Simple rhetorical trick for simple-minded voters - implying that any opposition to him would put America second. It's like being "pro-family" - you can forward any crackpot socially-conservative idea on that platform. Who dare speak out against the idea of family?

They want to judge trump on what a hrc would have done in their own version of reality, considering the basket thinks she is basically the anti Christ, that's a gigantic leash.

A week later, he stood alongside the secretary-general of Nato and told reporters at the White House: “Right now, the world is a mess. But I think by the time we finish, I think it’s going to be a lot better place to live ... because right now it’s nasty.”

It has been a brazen reversal in both word and deed. In the past 10 days, Trump has launched 59 Tomahawk missiles at a Syrian government airbase, dropped the biggest non-nuclear bomb ever used in combat on eastern Afghanistan and deployed a naval strike group to waters near North Korea.

For good measure, having lambasted China and lauded Russia during the election campaign, Trump now lauds China and lambasts Russia while saying of Nato: “I said it was obsolete. It’s no longer obsolete.”

The screeching U-turn has thrilled establishment Republicans and foreign policy hawks while mortifying the isolationist backers of “America first”, a phrase denounced by the Anti-Defamation League for its links to 1940s Nazi sympathisers, who helped him snatch the election while branding Hillary Clinton a warmonger.
As Trump plays the global strongman, what happened to 'America first'?

That a good name for the BULLCRAPPER- Mr.U-Turn!
what is interesting is that Trump appears to have gained about the same number of new supporters as he has lost by going global.... He is clearly losing support amongst the "TRUMPERS" and is gaining some from the GOP supporters.

It shows us Trump does indeed have a possiable path forward, and it is a path that would allow him to have at least some support in DC.

The "Bannon" planned proved a disaster, moving to the centre is his best hope, but i maintain he still needs to actually dump the bannonites
