...the simple question of "why?" never EVER gets asked by anyone...
Come on, are you serious? This question is discussed far and wide.

And? Do you have some sort of top-down government answer to that?
No al sharpton either! I guess to them this grand fathers life doesn't matter!
Very sad story to kill a harmless elderly grand father of approx 11 grand kids and in top of that wasteless, senseless killing not one black leader seems to care other than the cops.
Better to say nothing at all and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
Once he inevitably goes down, how long until the media begins with it's usual predictable "guns bad!" 24/7 coverage and response?
It's interesting that these "lone wolf" shootings keep happening in America, yet the simple question of "why?" never EVER gets asked by anyone Then people are "surprised" the next time it happens, and the next, and the next, and the next
It's EXTREMELY rare for a person to be born a psychopath or mentally ill, most are "made" that way by their upbringing, environment, and experiences. It's not the guns at all (guns are inanimate objects), America CLEARLY has some *serious* un-addressed societal/cultural issues that are creating all manner of mentally ill/mentally unstable people like an assembly line.
Most research leads to psychopaths and / or sociopaths as being born, not made.
Where exactly are you doing your research? When added to your previous comment blaming the woman, I see that you blame everyone except this silly bastard that pulled the trigger.
Facebook needs to remove its Live option altogether. Broadcasting suicides, rapes, and now murders. It's been nothing but trouble from the start.
Liberal logic. Since the guy is using a Ford car, lets make Fords illegal too. There are plenty of ways to go live. I can use Youtube ( they have a live stream option), Instagram, Ustream, Social Cam, etc.

Exactly right. I participate in a weekly live session on Youtube on creating VR applications with Unity -- it's great, as we get to add feedback to a live messaging system which our host sees and answers in realtime.
Do people think we should just do away with the ability to broadcast live to the internet as a society? Like, every company should ditch its live stream functionality, and/or no companies should ever again be permitted by law to offer live stream functionality? Sorry, but this technology is here and here to stay and will only become more effective and functional over time.
People that know the shooter say he spends a lot of his free time at the Islamic Center of Cleveland. Police are conducting interviews with people there trying to figure out where he may be.
CNN described the shooter as a "dark white male"
Very disturbing video. The victim was a cute old man. Worst video since the live facebook suicide hanging of 12 year old Kaitlyn Davis in Georgia back in December, or the Station Nightclub Fire Video.
CNN said the shooter was a dark white male? Below is his pic. So according to CNN he's not black enough?
So facebook would then have to watch every video that gets uploaded by every user before approving it?
Boy, you liberals sure will use any excuse to add another measure of control over people.
Someone gets shot : ban guns.
Someone livestreams a murder : ban livestreams.
People get obese : ban large softdrinks.
Someone gets offended : ban hate speech.
It gets warm outside : ban coal.
Dylann Roof shoots people : ban the confederate flag.
First, I'm not a liberal. Second, this live feature is relatively new, and unnecessary for freedom. In fact, Facebook is not necessary for freedom.
Since the live feature came along, how many murders have been broadcast? How many suicides? How many kidnappings? In this day and age when people want to do something big to become "famous," why give them such an easy platform?
